Due to our continued expansion CTTM currently have exciting opportunities for Support Workers who can demonstrate compassion and empathy in their approach to supporting vulnerable adults with a learning disability and/or mental health illness and other complex needs including autism in Dunchurch, Rugby.
The role:
Working nights 42 hours per week on a flexible shift system the successful Support Worker will support the learning and mental health needs of the service users and enable them to lead a meaningful and worthwhile life within the community giving practical help, care, guidance and support as detailed within the service user’s individual care plans and risk assessments.
Experience/Qualifications:
Ideally, you will have previous experience working within a residential care setting with vulnerable people and hold NVQ Level 2 in Care or equivalent. However, applications from candidates with no experience who can demonstrate the caring qualities and values that we seek in our staff will be considered.
