We are pleased to announce that the Winner for the month of August 2023 is Leah Mason.
I would like to nominate Leah Mason for employee of the month. Leah has worked with CTTM since 2010, and has been working in supported living for the majority of this time. The individual Leah works with is very independent and settled in her own apartment and has been for many years. Leah has been a big part of this in the support she provides. Leah knows everything about the person she supports and is very passionate about the care she provides. Leah goes above and beyond in ensuring the individual is empowered to live her life to the fullest and keeps safe and well.
Leah communicates well with management and always alerts us to any concerns.
The individual Leah works with would like us to say the following:
“Leah has worked with me for years and I don’t know what I would do without her. She deserves the world for all that she has done for me, I’ve never met anyone as kind or as hardworking as her. Me and Mittens are lucky to have her and in all of my happiest and saddest moments she has been by my side.”
We as a team also consider ourselves very lucky to work with Leah as she is always a pleasure to be around.
